Your account goes inactive immediately. Data is archived for 90 days, then stored securely for seven years for tax and regulatory purposes. After that, all personal information is permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion where local law permits by emailing support.
Payment details never touch our servers. When you deposit, your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS information is encrypted and sent directly to the payment processor. We store only a transaction reference and your account balance on our side.

Financial records are retained for seven years after account closure, as required by Indonesian tax law. You can download transaction summaries from your account anytime while your account is active. After closure, archived records are available by request.
